By accessing or using ShubhLink, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, you must stop using the platform.

ShubhLink is a platform for creating beautifully animated digital invitation cards for weddings, engagements, ring ceremonies, baby showers, and other celebrations. Features include:

• Premium, customisable templates with elegant animations.
• Personalised voice greetings recorded or uploaded through the editor.
• Guest management and RSVP tracking.
• Multilingual content support (including English, Hindi, and Gujarati).
• Instant link sharing across WhatsApp, email, SMS, and social media.

ShubhLink is a tool — you are solely responsible for the content you create and share.

Registration

• You must provide accurate, truthful information.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You should maintain a single account and keep your login credentials secure.

Security

Use a strong password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not responsible for losses arising from shared or compromised credentials.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, non-payment, or extended inactivity.

• Pricing is per invitation/template, shown clearly before purchase.
• Purchases include customisation, voice greetings, RSVP tracking, sharing, and animations for that invitation.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway (Razorpay), supporting cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Your invitation is unlocked immediately after successful payment.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refund requests must be made within 7 days to support@shubhlink.com.

Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant ShubhLink a limited licence to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service (for example, to render your invitation and play your voice greeting), and to generate anonymised analytics.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload or share content that is:

• Illegal, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
• Hateful, violent, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• Misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating another person.

Guest Data

You bear sole responsibility for all guest information you add. You warrant that you have a legitimate basis to contact your guests, that you comply with applicable data protection laws, and that you will not send unsolicited bulk messages.

Media Rights

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any images, photos, or audio you upload, and that you have the consent of any individuals featured in them.

• ShubhLink owns all platform features, designs, templates, code, and trademarks.
• Our templates are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale or use to build a competing product is prohibited.
• Use of the ShubhLink name or logo for commercial purposes requires our written consent.

Acceptable Use

Use ShubhLink only for legitimate personal event invitations. You must not engage in spam, phishing, unauthorised access, reverse-engineering, attacks on our infrastructure, automated scraping, or any commercial exploitation without consent.

Limitations

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific storage limits, or that any feature will remain unchanged. Features may be modified or discontinued without notice.

Third-Party Services & Messaging

We rely on third-party providers for payments, storage, voice technology, and hosting, which are outside our direct control. When sharing via WhatsApp or other channels, you must comply with those platforms' terms and anti-spam laws. We do not guarantee message delivery.

• Voice greetings are recorded or uploaded by you and played back inside your invitation.
• You control the content of your voice greeting and must ensure it complies with our content guidelines.
• We do not guarantee any specific audio quality, pronunciation, or playback behaviour across all devices.

Your use of ShubhLink is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for failures of third-party providers, guest viewing issues, social-platform handling, or connectivity problems.
• We are not liable for your invitation content, your guest communications, or disputes arising from them.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, outages, or cyberattacks).

You agree to defend and hold harmless ShubhLink, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims arising out of your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms or any law, your content, your guest communications, or your account negligence.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes should first be raised informally by contacting support@shubhlink.com, allowing 30 days to resolve.
• Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, conducted in English.
• You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in any class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated date. Continued use signals acceptance; if you disagree, you must discontinue use.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations, fraud, abuse, non-payment, or security threats. After termination, your access is revoked, shared invitation links may remain available temporarily, and your account data is deleted after 30 days.

• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and ShubhLink.
• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor.
