1. Nature of Our Services
All ShubhLink products are digital services with instant delivery. As soon as your payment is completed, your invitation is unlocked and all features — including customisation, voice greetings, animations, and RSVP tracking — become available immediately.
2. No-Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and the invitation is unlocked. By purchasing, you confirm that you have previewed the template and consent to immediate digital delivery.
3. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only when:
- Your payment succeeded but your invitation was not unlocked due to a technical failure on our side.
- You were charged more than once for the same invitation (duplicate charge).
- The platform was completely unavailable during your purchase.
Refunds do NOT apply to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with a design you have already previewed.
- Unused invitations or accidental purchases.
- Issues caused by your own device, browser, or internet connection.
- Problems with third-party platforms (e.g. WhatsApp or social media).
4. How to Request a Refund
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@shubhlink.com with the subject line “Refund Request — [Order ID]”. Please include:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- Your order / transaction ID.
- The date and time of purchase.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Supporting screenshots or documentation, if available.
Response Timeline
- Investigation: 5–7 business days.
- If approved, processing: 7–10 additional business days to your original payment method.
5. Before You Purchase
To avoid issues, we recommend that you:
- Preview the template thoroughly.
- Review the pricing before paying.
- Confirm your event details.
- Verify your device and browser are compatible.
6. After You Purchase
Your invitation is created immediately and all features activate instantly. Each new invitation requires a separate purchase.
7. Disputed or Unauthorised Charges
If you notice a charge you did not authorise, contact us immediately with the transaction details. We will investigate within 5 business days, and genuinely unauthorised charges will be refunded in full.
8. Refund Alternatives
In place of a refund, we may — at our discretion — offer:
- Account credit toward a future purchase.
- A switch to a different template of equal or lesser value.
- Free technical support to resolve the issue.
These are goodwill gestures and are offered at our discretion.
9. Event Date Lock
Invitations automatically lock once the event date has passed. Locked invitations remain viewable but can no longer be edited.
10. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable consumer-protection laws.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, with an updated effective date. Continued use of ShubhLink indicates acceptance of the current policy.
